Because of too much demand on our services, we can for the moment not accept new patiënts in our practice.
General information:
In our GP practice three general practitioners operate, Mrs. J.H.M. Boer and 2 temporary GPs and practice assistants Najat Makhloufi, Fatima-Zohra Zmizem-Tlidi en Melissa Yeşilyurt.
Mrs. Boer graduated as a general practitioner in 1992, and then worked for several years for Doctors without Borders in Africa. In that period she gained a lot of experience with tropical medicine and also working with other cultures.
Our aim is to offer, within the business of modern society, time and attention to the patient, coupled with good care for everyone and with attention paid to prevention.
Good (telephone) accessibility is our aim. In the past year, we have made some improvements. The average waiting time on the phone is 2 minutes, but can be longer in peak times. But for life-threatening cases, there is always a shortcut by using “Urgent” within the selection menu, “press 1”.
Our work is guided by the Dutch College for General Practice NHG. We work as much as possible in accordance with the NHG guidelines.
Our medical assistants are experienced and familiar with the diversity of cultures and beliefs.
The practice is well served by public transport: we are within walking distance of the Marconiplein.
Emergencies
Please call 112 in a life threatening situation! In other urgent cases, call the practice line, 010-4370315, and then choose from the menu “urgent” (press 1).
To make an appointment:
For a consultation you can make an appointment: Monday to Friday, between 8.00-16.00hr via the telephone number: 010-4370315
You can then say which doctor you wish to make the appointment with.
For urgent problems you can be seen the same day.
When making an appointment, the assistant will always ask about the nature of your symptoms. This is required in order to assess the urgency of your problem correctly.
We offer also e-mail consultations: for this you go to “patient portal”. By this you can also make an online appointment with one of the doctors. The assistant deals with your information confidentially.
If you come to the consultation for the first time, make a double appointment. In case of psychological complaints, please make a double appointment.
More time
Do you have several complaints or questions? Let us know when making an appointment and we will give you extra time for the consultation.
Results
Call for results between 08:00 and 15:00. Only results that have been authorized by the GP will be conveyed by the doctor’s assistant.
Prescription refills
For a repeat prescription you can call the practice line 010-4370315 and choose 2 in the menu (prescription refills). Here you can leave a message for the required prescription. This can be done 24 hours a day. Only prescribed medications for chronic conditions can be repeated in this way. Your medicines will be ready the next day after 15.00hr at your pharmacy.
Repeat medicines can also be ordered through the website: for this you make once a so called patient portal.
